Unsure about copyleft icons use[edit]

Dear Dave, I saw you edited the resource I recently created for an open science course (thnx) and I would like to know if you can help me with a doubt I have about some of the icons used there. I'm still not very aware of those details and unsure if examples like this png file fit properly the usage permission rules. It's original from https://thenounproject.com/ repository, referred once uploaded to Wikiversity as Creative Commons (with its specific link and author name) but on the other hand not directly created by me as editor of the overall content. Thnx in advance for any feedback on this! --Esenabre (discusscontribs) 11:27, 4 June 2021 (UTC)

Template:At See File:Creative commons license spectrum.svg. CC0, CC-BY, and CC-BY-SA are all compatible, with CC-BY-SA being the most restrictive. You can use CC0 and CC-BY content on Wikiversity. We would, however, prefer that these images be uploaded to Wikimedia Commons so that they may be used by anyone rather than only at Wikiversity. The images you would upload to Wikiversity are the ones that are Fair Use only, as Commons won't accept those. -- Dave Braunschweig (discusscontribs) 12:32, 4 June 2021 (UTC)

Deleting redundant links to subpages[edit]

Dear Dave Braunschweig,

as part of a real-world course at the Jagiellonian University in Poland, I have created an entry under the Web Translation Projects page, which contains links to each of the students' entries. After creating a couple of subpages under my entry, Approaches to Translating Dialect, I have encountered the following problem: instead of just one link to my entry appearing on the Web Translation Projects page, there are now also 10 additional links to each of the subpages that I have created. This adds visual clutter to the Web Translation Projects page and I wonder if you would have any recommendations on what I should do, or whether you have any power, to get rid of those additional links on the page and leave only the link to my main entry. If this helps, I have created the subpages as separate first, and only then linked them to my main project entry, perhaps that is the problem. Thank you in advance for any help --Julkubi

Template:At It is working as designed. The only way to change it is to list the subpages manually. See [1]. -- Dave Braunschweig (discusscontribs) 19:31, 4 June 2021 (UTC)
